Dreaming really big trails

We thought we have a big vision aiming for Kilmore or Wandong. Bill Cawte of West Brunswick has outdone us with his proposal that one trail could join Melbourne to Bendigo by extending the Craigieburn Trail to meet the rail trail. Bill wrote to local media before the council elections outlining the benefits of such a marvellous idea with his letter appearing in the Bendigo Advertiser and papers around Mitchell Shire.
A passionate advocate of bike trails and member of the Moreland BUG, Bill maintains his own web site for the cause. We were really surprised (and delighted) to see Bill at our AGM in September to which he travelled on the train!
